Do I need an account to order from your website?

No, you do not need an account to order from our website, however, we encourage you to create an account to bring ease to your ordering experience. An account will allow you to keep track of all of your orders, store information for easy check out, and take advantage of subscription savings. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our skincare products and bead bracelets, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please read all product descriptions carefully before ordering, to ensure the product meets your needs.

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

Unfortunately, cancellations are NOT allowed at this time. Once you have made an order, no changes can be made. Please review your order prior to purchasing and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

If you need to make any changes, the order must be canceled and a new order must be submitted. Please reach out to info@giftedaurabathandbody.com within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to honor your request.

My order is incorrect.

We apologize for any issues you may have with your order. Please reach out to us via email at info@giftedaurabathandbody.com, with details of the issue. Please include your full name, date of your order, order number, and any applicable photos, so we can rectify the situation in a timely manner.

Do you charge sales tax?

Currently, I am only required to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Georgia.

Yes, all of our skincare products are handmade with care and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness for our customers.

Are your products natural?

Our skincare products are primarily sourced from natural ingredients, such as plant extracts, herbs, and botanical oils. We believe that using natural ingredients is better for our customers and the environment. 

Are your products vegan?

Our products are mostly vegan, meaning that they contain no animal-derived ingredients. We believe in creating products that are not only effective but also ethical and sustainable. By using plant-based ingredients, we are able to provide nourishing and gentle products that are suitable for all skin types. Furthermore, our commitment to animal welfare and the environment is reflected in our decision to avoid using any harmful chemicals or processes that could harm people, animals or the planet.

Do you test products on animals?

Absolutely not! Our products are not tested on animals.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our skincare products are made with high-quality ingredients and have a shelf life of 6-12 months. We use either no preservatives or natural preservatives to ensure the integrity of our products. This means you can feel confident in the effectiveness and safety of our skincare line. Store unopened products in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.

Can I use the soap bar on my face and private parts?

Yes, our soap products are safe to use on both your face and private parts.


How quickly do you ship?

Our skincare products are handmade with care and attention to detail. As a result, it may take approximately 2-4 business days to prepare and ship your order. Our priority is to provide you with high-quality, natural products that deliver amazing results for your skin. As always, we appreciate your support.

Holidays: During the holiday season, please note that our normal processing and shipping time of 2-4 days is extended to 5-7 business days. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to ensure timely delivery during this busy period.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs are determined by the estimated weight of the package, the distance the package is traveling, and the shipping option selected. We do not determine the shipping costs. Rates vary depending on the current market. 

Can I track my order? 

Yes. Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number once your shipping label is created. Please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update tracking information. 

It says that my package was delivered but I don’t have it.

Check with neighbors to see if they accidentally received your package. If not, allow an additional 1-2 days to see if USPS delivers the package. If your package still has not arrived, contact your local post office to file a missing item(s) claim and email us at info@giftedaurabathandbody.com.

Will you ship gifts directly to the recipient?

Yes! Just check the box for a different shipping address and provide the recipient's name and address.  Orders shipped to a different address do not contain a packing slip identifying the buyer or price paid for items, so your recipient will not know who the items are from so, please notify the recipient regarding your purchase. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping, but it is part of our future plans. For international shoppers, we encourage you to join our email list to stay informed about when we open our website to international buyers. By doing so, you will be among the first to know when we expand our shipping options.


Can I sign up for a subscription so I can receive a discount on my products? 

Our Subscribe and Save program is a convenient and cost-effective way for you to regularly receive your favorite skincare products. You can opt for a monthly subscription and enjoy significant discounts on the products you choose to subscribe to. With this program, you no longer have to worry about placing orders each time you need a skincare update and can rest assured that you will always have your preferred products on hand. The program also allows for easy management and customization of your subscriptions, with the option to modify or cancel subscriptions at any time.

How do I enter a promotional code?

If you have a promotional code or discount coupon, you can use it at the checkout to receive a discount on your purchase. Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Add the items that you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Look for a field or box labeled "Promo code," "Coupon code," or "Discount code" on the checkout page.
  3. Enter the code exactly as it appears (some codes are case sensitive) and click "Apply."
